Shipping policy

At Kopakick we want gear in your hands and on the pitch as fast as we can get it there. We aim to ship every order quickly, but please allow 1 to 3 working days for processing. We’re a lean team and each order is hand-checked before it goes out the door.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery time:

Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 working days from dispatch, anywhere we ship. Custom or made-to-order items might take a few extra days to produce, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs delays, peak-season volume, and carrier performance. We appreciate your patience and we’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you fast.

Where we ship:

We currently ship worldwide, with active fulfilment to the following regions:

Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.

North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Rest of the world: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and selected other international destinations available at checkout.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, get in touch before placing an order and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.

Tracking:

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can also find it in your account at kopakick.com if you checked out as a registered user. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 working days, get in touch and we’ll chase the carrier with you.

Customs and duties:

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import VAT may apply on arrival, depending on local rules. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We can’t predict or refund them.

Wrong address:

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment, re-shipping fees may apply if the address change is the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels:

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 14 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a few photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Multiple-item orders:

Some products are dispatched from different fulfilment centres. If your order contains items from more than one warehouse, your parcels may arrive at different times, there’s nothing wrong, just a few extra hours or days between deliveries.
